It is particularly intended for visitors with mobility problems who find it more practical than using the stairs.

“Forest” quiet – except for male deer calls to females in October and November and migrating geese visiting Pixie Lake in spring and autumn.
Heating provided by radiator.

With double bed.
Window looks out onto the lake and trees.
(Is a bit more noisy at times due to water bird noises on the lake.)

Table and chairs in photo have been replaced by two picnic tables.
(which you may move – or place together – to suit your wishes – for al fresco dining by the lake side).
(We ask that food scraps not be left on the ground – to avoid attracting undesirable furry scavengers, including foxes – which are also partial to baby ducks)
